长城是中国古代最伟大的军事防御工程，也是中华民族的骄傲，并被评为世界历史上伟大工程之一。人们总说不到长城非好汉，今天我和姑姑、姑父、弟弟一起来到八达岭长城玩，一定要做一个好汉。

爬长城不想爬上一直向上，沿着台阶一会上坡，一会下坡。我以为会很轻松的，可是很快就发现我想错了。爬坡的时候感觉很快，但是和平时跑步慢多了，特别是上台阶的时候，平是很灵巧的我，现在也想蜗牛一样慢慢的爬。下坡的时候明显轻松多了，虽然很省力气，但是很危险，一不小心就刹不住车。我都是用脚趾头顶着鞋子走，还扶着栏杆，有时还横着走，走着走着就快起来，像过山车一样刺激，比我去过的金山岭长城难走多了。
