So how should our pupil use a network?
秦老师告诉我们世界上的第一台计算机埃尼阿克是1946年美国诞生的，到现在已经有72年了，一开始计算机只属于科学家和科研机构，常人根本没办法接触，但是现在计算机已经成为我们必不可少的生活必须品。现在我们生活当中手机付款已经成为主流，用现金的地方越来越少，大家的生活越来越离不开网络。那么我们小学生要怎么样使用网络呢？
Above all, we should use a network scientificly, no matter mobile phone or computer are a tool,we should realise is not a toy, so we should note online time, mobile phone or the style of computer is less, the brightness of screen very bright, long to look to cause visual exhaustion easily, if things go on like this can form myopia badly, myopia wears glasses to be able to give our life to bring a lot of worries, so all of us wants control to get online, the time that sees a mobile phone avoids to suffer from on myopic.
首先，我们要科学使用网络，我们应该认识到无论手机还是电脑都是工具不是玩具，所以我们要注意上网的时间，手机或者电脑的字体都比较小，屏幕的亮度又很亮，长时间对着看容易造成视觉疲劳，长此以往严重的就会形成近视，近视戴眼镜会给我们的生活带来许多的困扰，所以我们大家要控制上网，看手机的时间避免患上近视。

其次，我们要做到文明用网，网路那么大，我们的一言一行，都会有许多的人看着，在我们平常发的博客中，我们要多发表正面的，阳光的言论，把正能量带给我们身边的人，不发表消极的，不实的，侵犯他人隐私，以及肮胀的言论，我们一定要严格的要求自己，做一个文明用网的好少年。
