走进张公山公园南门，首先看到的是珍珠女雕像。珍珠女雕像手里拿了个圆圆的水晶球，她被一个巨大的贝壳笼罩着。每天夜晚水晶球就会发出五颜六色的光芒，十分美丽。沿着山路向上走，阶梯两旁有许多枝繁叶茂的大树，爬上山顶，就来到了望淮塔。登上望淮塔，向远处眺望就能看见整个城市的风景，淮河就像一条绿带伸向远方。下了望淮塔，来到张公湖，湖边的柳枝，随风起舞，草地上的彩色花儿漂亮极了。湖水像面镜子，水里的小鱼欢快地游来游去，一会儿露出水面，一会儿又在水下嬉戏自由自在，无拘无束。
