To maintain the mouthfeel of the egg, I warm conflagration air slow into small fire, after spending period of time, my general egg is loaded dish in, egg of a dish of goluptious decoct of braise in soy sauce gives boiler!
那是一个中午，我的肚子很饿，我想起平时我最爱吃爸爸做的红烧煎鸡蛋了。于是，我问爸爸能不能教我做一次红烧煎鸡蛋。爸爸同意后，我便开始了煎鸡蛋的制作过程。我先在锅里倒入一些色拉油，待油的温度热起来后，我将准备好的鸡蛋倒入锅中，可是突然“滋啦”一声，油溅了起来。我连忙往后退了两步，这时爸爸过来鼓励我说：“不要害怕，继续操作。”我鼓起勇气拿起锅铲开始掀锅里的鸡蛋。待鸡蛋已经两面金黄后，我又将盐、醋、酱油……倒入锅中调成红烧汁，现在的鸡蛋已经从金黄色变成了棕色，又是一顿翻炒后，鸡蛋的颜色已经从棕色变成深棕色。为了保持鸡蛋的口感，我把大火调成小火慢炖，过了一段时间后，我将鸡蛋装入盘中，一盘可口的红烧煎鸡蛋就出锅啦！
